The challenge
Nine community organisations report to funders every month. Each was losing most of a week a month to assembling those reports by hand.
Our approach
We named the assumptions that would kill the idea and tested the riskiest first: whether field staff would enter data without a supervisor present. Four prototypes went in front of 27 organisations; three were discarded, and pricing moved from per seat to per programme.
What we delivered
A four-month guided pilot ran on live reporting cycles alongside each organisation's own M&E lead.
