AI Builder Cohort
Four Weeks. Ship a Real AI Product. In Public.
Who This Is For
Mid-to-senior engineers, PMs, and founders in Africa who are serious about shipping production AI. You've built things before; you want the structure, critique, and accountability of a room of peers working at your level. Not a beginner course. Not a coding bootcamp.
Coaching Approach
Cohort shipping, not solo study. Twice-weekly live working sessions, open office hours, teardown critique from the room, and a public demo day. You drive your build; the cohort and the facilitator keep you honest about shipping.
The Coaching Journey
Week 1: Scope
Sharpen your product thesis. Architect for African infrastructure realities — bandwidth, data costs, payment rails. Kickoff demos — every builder presents what they're shipping.
Week 2: Build
Build-in-public cadence. Live working sessions. Debugging with the cohort. Ship v0.1 by end of week, even if ugly.
Week 3: Harden
Evals, safety, observability. Pricing and positioning. Early-user feedback loops. Teardown sessions — every builder gets critique from the room.
Week 4: Demo
Polish week. Go-to-market check. Live demo day — open to the Afriinspa network. Publish your teardown.
Mentorship & Ongoing Support
- Two live working sessions per week with the cohort
- Weekly 1:1 office hours with the facilitator
- Teardown critique — every builder critiqued twice during the cohort
- Public demo day and published teardown — portfolio artifact you can show
You Walk Away With
A live AI product — shipped, public, running. A published teardown of what you built and what you learned. A portfolio artifact that demonstrates you can ship production AI for hiring, fundraising, or client work. A network of 10-12 African builders you've shipped alongside.
