Week 2: Map
The three lenses for finding real AI opportunities in your org: cost, capability, customer. Prioritization under uncertainty. Saying no to bright shiny things.
Week 3: Plan
Drafting your 90-day roadmap. Resource realities: talent, data, infrastructure, vendor selection. Sequencing bets. Pressure-testing with peers.
Week 4: Govern
Regional regulatory landscape (data protection, sectoral rules). Internal AI governance. Board communication. Building trust with customers and regulators.
Week 5: Ship
Operating model for AI inside your org. Communicating the roadmap internally and externally. Finalize your artifact. Demo to cohort.
