Week 2: AI Roadmap Engagement
$35k–75k · 6–8 weeks end-to-end. Current-state assessment, prioritized opportunity register, 12-month roadmap with sequencing and resource requirements, board-ready presentation deck, and light enablement sessions for the sponsor team. Best for: organizations that need to get a defensible plan to their board, donor, or regulator — fast.
Week 3: AI Governance Advisory
$15k–50k · 4–10 weeks. Regulatory navigation and governance design for organizations in regulated sectors. Regional tracks: West Africa (NDPR, CBN, NCC), East Africa (DPA, CMA), Southern Africa (POPIA, SARB). Scopes range from policy review to full governance framework design. Best for: organizations where the bottleneck is compliance and board confidence, not technical capability.
