Who This Is For
Senior operators (10+ years) transitioning from full-time roles to fractional, portfolio, or consulting work. You know your craft. What you need is a repeatable motion for finding, pricing, and winning the right kind of work — across African and diaspora markets.
Coaching Approach
Cohort-led, pipeline-driven. Each week you ship an asset (positioning, pricing, outbound, sales script) and test it in the real world during the cohort. One 1:1 coaching session mid-program. The target: at least one signed or near-signed engagement by week 6.
The Coaching Journey
Week 1: Position
What you actually sell. Who you sell it to. Why you. Drafting positioning statements and testing them with peers.
Week 2: Price
Designing a 3-tier offering. Day rates, retainers, project-based pricing. African vs diaspora/global rates. Contract basics.
Week 3: Acquire
Inbound vs outbound. Referral flywheel. LinkedIn and content. Partnerships. Drafting your first outbound sequence.
Week 4: Sell
Discovery call framework. Objection handling. Moving from conversation to scope to signed. Role-plays with the cohort.
Week 5: Operate
Time-boxing across clients. Admin stack (invoicing, taxes across African jurisdictions, contracts). Protecting your time.
Week 6: Close
Final review of one real deal in your pipeline. Pricing negotiation. Signing. Launching publicly. Next 90 days.
Mentorship & Ongoing Support
